iAfricanHub is an accredited Shared Value Practice founded by Adelaide McKelvey who has +35 years commercial experience. Having worked and travelled extensively across sub-Saharan Africa, her business network and knowledge of local markets has been developed over the past 22 years and includes 18 countries on the Continent Prior to setting up a Shared Value Practice, Adelaide held various leadership roles for mostly international Companies where she was a key part of the Executive team and Board Member. She has worked within multiple shareholder portfolios and has been integral to organisation and culture change. Adelaide has particular success in delivering shareholder value through building teams and delivering operational efficiencies. She is well versed in media and marketing, consumer insights, and high level business negotiations. She is skilled in delivering practical business strategies that serve both business as well as the communities and environment in which they operate. Adelaide has a passion for Africa and her people.
